SP Brewery donated K10,000 worth of rations to assist the people of Gembogl, Chimbu affected by a major landslide during the Easter period this year.
The landslide occurred on Good Friday 10th of April 2020, at Kegesuglo, resulting in ten fatalities, as reported by local media. At least 12 homes were destroyed by the landslide and another eight were partly damaged, as well as domestic animals and food gardens affected.
SP Brewery’s Corporate Affair Manager, John Nilkare presented the rations to the people of Kegesuglo. He expressed sympathy to the affected families and wished them full recovery.
